An overnight stay in the tree-top house with up to four people (2 adults, 2 adolescents) costs 175 Euros.
For a family with three adolescents, we offer an additional sleeping option on the large cosy sofa in the living area in our Brocken-Loft, Westerklippen-Loft and Zeterklippen-Loft. We charge 25 Euros per night for this.
The Froschfelsen-Loft and the Ilsestein-Loft can accommodate up to six people. The additional sleeping places are in the trunk of the tree-top houses, which has a separate entrance. The price with six people is 245 Euros per night.
The visitor's tax is not included in the price of our tree-top houses.
Arrival & Departure
The tree-top house is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
An extended stay in our tree-top houses on the day of your departure up to a maximum of 17:00 is possible in exceptional cases. Please contact us at least one day before your planned departure. The additional cost for this extended stay is an one-off charge of 45 Euros.
Barbecue
Our tree-top resort is located in the immediate vicinity of the Harz national park. We therefore ask you to barbecue exclusively at the central barbecue area.
We ask you to refrain from using disposable barbecues for safety and to protect nature. Please only use the grills provided. You can buy barbecue charcoal at the local supermarkets and petrol stations.
Please leave the central barbecue area in such a way that subsequent guests also feel comfortable on it.

Campfire
Our tree-top resort is located in the immediate vicinity of the Harz national park. Therefore, we ask you to exclusively use the large fire bowl on the central barbecue area.
We also ask you to observe the general rules for dealing with open fires, which are essential especially in the vicinity of adjacent forest areas such as the Harz national park and in the area of wooden houses. Please also take into account the local forest fire danger levels, especially in the summer months.
Please let the campfire burn down completely towards the end and cover the large fire bowl with the lid provided.
You will find a fire extinguisher at the central barbecue area.
You are welcome to take firewood from the various wood piles on the property.
Please leave the central barbecue area in such a way that subsequent guests also feel comfortable on it.
Cancellation
The costs for possible cancellations are regulated in our General Terms and Conditions under § 6 and § 7. In any case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation or travel interruption insurance before starting your journey.
Charging station
You will find a charging station for your e-vehicle in our central car park. Should you wish to use this charging station, please inform us when you receive your booking confirmation. On the day of your arrival and for the duration of your stay, you will then get a RFID card for individual activation and consumption billing of the charging station. The consumption is billed locally at the tree-top resort.
The charging station has a type 2 charging socket. We kindly ask you to bring the charging cable suitable for your vehicle.
Cot, high chair, seat pad
If you do not have a cot, high chair and / or seat pad for your adolescents in your luggage, we will be happy to provide you with something for the duration of your stay. Bathroom stools, cutlery and crockery for your little ones are available in all tree-top houses.

Directions to the tree-top resort "Lug ins Land"
Our tree-top resort is somewhat hidden directly at the Harz national park. With a navigation device this is certainly no problem. If you do not use a navigation device, please follow the descriptions we have compiled for you below.
Arriving by train
After leaving the station building, turn left and follow Karl-Marx-Straße for about 100 metres. At the junction of Karl-Marx-Straße / Hochofenstraße turn right and follow Hochofenstraße for about 350 metres. After these 350 metres you will reach the intersection of Hochofenstraße and Faktoreistraße / Wernigeröder Straße. Please cross this intersection straight and now follow Marienhöfer Straße for another approximately 350 metres. Marienhöfer Straße is a one-way street in this direction, leading you past small shops, craft businesses, restaurants and cafes directly to the market square in the town centre of Ilsenburg / Harz and the trout pond. Marienhöfer Straße ends at the intersection with Buchbergstraße / Harzburger Straße.
From the market square in Ilsenburg / Harz to our tree-top resort "Lug ins Land", please follow the description "Directions by vehicle".
We will be happy to pick you up from Ilsenburg / Harz train station on the day of arrival and drive you back to Ilsenburg / Harz train station on the day of departure.
Arriving by vehicle
Please drive from the market square in the town centre of Ilsenburg / Harz on Buchbergstraße for about 600 metres in a southerly direction. At the point where Buchbergstraße forks directly in front of the "Harz Zeit" hairdressing salon, please keep to the right and continue on Blaue-Stein-Straße (residents road) for about 200 metres further. At the point where Blaue-Stein-Straße turns into a forest road, turn right (direction sign) and follow the further course of the asphalt road always parallel to the Harz national park. After about 300 metres, the Blaue-Stein-Straße ends and the tree-top resort "Lug ins Land", located on the right-hand side behind an old iron gate, is reached!
Parking in our central car park is limited to five spaces. In view of this, we can offer you one parking space per tree-top house for one vehicle (car, moped, motorbike, quad bike, camper van not larger than a VW Bulli). Should you arrive with more than one vehicle, we kindly ask you to park these additional vehicles in the public area.

The natural region of Harz is a German low mountain range and the highest mountain range in northern Germany. The Brocken is the highest elevation in the Harz, at about 1141m. In the trunk of our Brocken-Loft, Westerklippen-Loft and Zeterklippen-Loft you will find an infrared sauna for your well-being. The infrared sauna is heated up to approximately 50°C..60°C approximately 30 minutes after switching on. We ask you to protect the wood by placing sufficient hand and bath towels underneath. You need 1 Euro coins for the coin counter. A detailed description of the infrared sauna as well as operating and usage instructions can be found in the trunk of the tree-top houses.

Fast internet via LAN / W-LAN is available in our tree-top houses. You will find the access data for the W-LAN in the tree-top houses. If you do not have an internet-capable device with you, you are welcome to borrow a tablet for the duration of your stay and for a small deposit.

You will receive an invoice from us with VAT shown on the contact details (company, name, address, telephone numer, e-mail address) given at the time of your booking. Should you wish to make any changes, please inform us on arrival.

Minimum stay
We offer our tree-top houses with a minimum stay between two and four nights depending on the season. In the designated holiday periods with more than two holiday weeks, we offer the tree-top enjoyment with a minimum stay of five nights. Alternativly, we can offer you a short stay flat rate of 49 percent of the regular overnight rate.

We kindly ask you to park your vehicle (car, moped, motorbike, quad, camper not larger than a VW Bulli) exclusively in the central car park. You can, of course, take your bicycle with you to your tree-top house and store it there.
Please park only in the designated areas. The area marked beyond this is reserved exclusively for the fire brigade.
The neighbouring property of the half-timbered villa does not belong to our tree-top resort. Against this background, we kindly ask you to use this property exclusively for driving over and not for parking your vehicle.
The other paths on the property are reserved exclusively for pedestrians.
Pets
A well-behaved dog or assistance dog or a well-behaved cat is welcome in the Westerklippen-Loft. All other tree-top houses are pet-free in consideration of our guests.

Travel for All
Our Westerklippen-Loft has been classified according to the criteria of the nationwide "Travelling for All" label and is entitled to carry the "Accessibility Tested" award and the associated "People with Hearing Impairments" and "Deaf People" pictograms for the period October 2022 to September 2025 and to use them in accordance with the contract.
All our tree-top houses are equipped with freely available power sockets in the area of the two bunks. Internet via LAN / W-LAN is generally available in our tree-top houses. In addition, we have an optical bell, an optical alarm clock with vibration pillow and other assistance aids available for our guests if required. In addition, the smoke detectors installed in the tree-top house transmit the warning signal via radio to a vibration cushion with integrated strobe light, which can be placed in the sleeping area, for example.

Our tree-top houses are designed to help you slow down and relax, simply turn your back on everyday life for a few days, let your soul dangle and get in touch with nature with all your senses. That is why you will not find any TV sets in our tree-top houses. However, Fast internet via LAN / W-LAN is available in all tree-top houses.
Visitor's tax
The visitor's tax is not included in the price of the tree-top houses.
It costs 2.50 Euro per day / person. Children up to 15 years of age are exempt from the visitor's tax. From the age of 16, the visitor's tax is also 2.50 Euros per day / person. Please pay the visitor's tax in cash during your stay. We will pay this in full to the city of Ilsenburg / Harz.
Waste disposal
A blue container (for example paper, cardboard, newspaper), a yellow container (for example sales packaging made of plastic, metal, polystyrene, composite material) and a black container (for example household waste) as well as a used glass container are available for waste disposal at a central location. We ask you to use these options for waste separation. This is good for the environment and saves costs.
Wildlife
Our tree-top resort is located on an approximately 5000sqm forest and meadow property in the immediate vicinity of the Harz national park. in addition to dogs and cats of the residents in the immediate vicinity, you may encounter squirrels, deer and stags as well as racoons on our property.
